Prepare the Whipped Feta: In a food processor, combine crumbled feta cheese, cream cheese, Greek yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy. Adjust seasoning if needed and set aside.

Toast the Baguette Slices: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil. Toast in the oven for about 5-7 minutes until golden and crispy.

Prepare the Tomato Topping: In a mixing bowl, combine the halved cherry tomatoes, chopped basil, a drizzle of olive oil, and a pinch of salt. Toss gently until well mixed.

Assemble the Bruschetta: Spread a generous amount of the whipped feta mixture on each toasted baguette slice. Top each slice with a spoonful of the tomato-basil mixture.

Finish with Balsamic Glaze: Drizzle a bit of balsamic glaze over each bruschetta for added flavor and a touch of sweetness.
