Ingredients

1 cup unsalted butter, softened

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1/4 cup honey

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

Instructions

In a medium mixing bowl, add the softened unsalted butter and use a hand mixer or stand mixer to beat it until smooth and creamy.

Gradually sift in the powdered sugar while continuing to mix to incorporate it evenly.

Add the honey, ground cinnamon, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt to the bowl. Mix until everything is well combined and fluffy, scraping down the sides of the bowl as necessary to ensure an even mixture.

Once the mixture is light and airy, taste and adjust the sweetness or cinnamon levels as desired.

Transfer the cinnamon honey butter into a decorative serving dish or an airtight container.

Cover and refrigerate the butter for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
