Slow Cooker Queso Chicken Tacos

1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup salsa (your choice of spicy or mild)

1 packet taco seasoning

1 (8 oz) block cream cheese

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 can black beans, rinsed and drained

1 cup corn (fresh, frozen, or canned)

1 tablespoon olive oil

12 small flour or corn tortillas

Fresh cilantro, for garnish

Lime wedges, for serving

Prepare the Chicken: In a slow cooker, place the boneless, skinless chicken breasts at the bottom. Pour the salsa over the chicken and sprinkle the taco seasoning on top.

    Add Cream Cheese: Cut the cream cheese into cubes and place it on top of the chicken and salsa mixture. This will melt and create a creamy sauce.
