Ingredients

4 cups fresh pineapple juice

2 cups freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 8-10 lemons)

1 cup honey or agave syrup (adjust to taste)

4 cups sparkling water or club soda

1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or canned)

1 lemon, sliced

Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Ice cubes

Instructions

In a large pitcher or bowl, combine the fresh pineapple juice and freshly squeezed lemon juice.

Stir in the honey or agave syrup until fully dissolved—this may take a moment to ensure all the sweetness is incorporated.

Add the sparkling water or club soda slowly, stirring gently to maintain some fizz.

Fold in the pineapple chunks and lemon slices for added flavor and a beautiful presentation.

Chill the punch in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

To serve, fill glasses with ice cubes, pour the punch over, and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
