For the Chicken Marinade:

4 chicken breast fillets

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon ground cumin

1 tablespoon paprika

1 teaspoon dried oregano

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

¼ cup olive oil

Juice of 2 limes

For the Creamy Green Sauce:

1 cup fresh cilantro, packed

1 jalapeño, seeds removed (or to taste)

1 avocado, peeled and pitted

½ cup Greek yogurt

2 tablespoons mayonnaise

Juice of 1 lime

Salt to taste

Marinate the Chicken:

    In a large bowl, combine garlic, cumin, paprika, oregano, salt, pepper, olive oil, and lime juice. Mix well, and add the chicken breast fillets, ensuring they are completely coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (or up to overnight for more flavor).

      Prepare the Creamy Green Sauce:

        In a blender or food processor, combine the cilantro, jalapeño, avocado, Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, lime juice, and a pinch of salt. Blend until smooth and creamy. Adjust seasoning if needed. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

          Preheat the Grill:

            Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. If using a grill pan, heat it over the stove.

              Grill the Chicken:

                Remove the chicken from the marinade, allowing any excess to drip off. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the outside is nicely charred.
