Ingredients

1 large orange, peeled and segmented

1 cup Greek yogurt (vanilla or plain)

1 scoop vanilla protein powder

1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (adjust based on sweetness preference)

1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of choice)

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup ice cubes

Optional: 1 tablespoon chia seeds for added nutrition

Instructions

In a blender, combine the orange segments, Greek yogurt, vanilla protein powder, honey or maple syrup, almond milk, vanilla extract, and ice cubes.

If using chia seeds, add them to the blender as well.

Blend on high speed for about 30-45 seconds or until smooth and creamy. If it's too thick, add a bit more almond milk to reach desired consistency.

Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more honey or syrup.

Pour the shake into a tall glass or shaker bottle.

For a touch of freshness, garnish with a slice of orange on the rim or a sprinkle of chia seeds on top.

Enjoy your refreshing and nutritious Orange Dreamsicle Protein Shake!
