Ingredients

2 large chicken breasts, thinly sliced

8 oz fettuccine pasta

2 tablespoons olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup chicken broth

1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Sauté the Chicken: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Season the sliced chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Add them to the skillet and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

Prepare the Sauce: In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Add the sun-dried tomatoes and stir for another minute.

Combine Cream and Broth: Pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring to combine. Bring the mixture to a simmer and let it reduce for 3-4 minutes.

Add Cheese and Season: Gradually stir in the Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning, mixing until the cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Combine Pasta and Chicken: Add the cooked fettuccine and sautéed chicken back to the skillet. Toss everything together to coat the pasta and chicken in the sauce.

Serve and Garnish: Divide the Marry Me Chicken Pasta into serving bowls and garnish with fresh basil leaves. Optionally, add more grated Parmesan on top.
