Ingredients

1 lb salmon fillet, skinless and boneless, cut into bite-sized cubes

1/4 cup hot honey (store-bought or homemade)

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated

1 teaspoon sesame oil

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 cup scallions, thinly sliced (for garnish)

1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)

Fresh lime wedges (for serving)

Instructions

Marinate the Salmon: In a large bowl, combine the hot honey, soy sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, sesame oil, black pepper, and salt. Add the salmon cubes to the marinade, gently tossing to coat them evenly. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easier cleanup.

Arrange Salmon Bites: After marinating, remove the salmon from the refrigerator. Using a slotted spoon, transfer the salmon cubes to the prepared baking sheet, spacing them out evenly. Drizzle any remaining marinade over the top of the salmon.

Bake: Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. Keep an eye on them to avoid overcooking.

Garnish and Serve: Once baked, remove the salmon bites from the oven. Garnish with sliced scallions and sprinkle sesame seeds over the top if desired. Serve with fresh lime wedges on the side for an extra zesty kick.

Enjoy: Serve your Hot Honey Salmon Bites warm as an appetizer, party snack, or over a bed of rice or salad for a light meal.
