Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 tablespoon onion powder

1 tablespoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce

1 cup diced tomatoes

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup pickles, sliced

For the Special Sauce:

1/2 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons French dressing

1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish

1 teaspoon white vinegar

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Pinch of salt

Instructions

Prepare the Special Sauce: In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, French dressing, sweet pickle relish, white vinegar, onion powder, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt. Mix well until smooth. Set it aside in the refrigerator.

Cook the Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef. Break it up with a spatula and add onion powder, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook until the beef is browned and cooked through, about 7-10 minutes. Drain excess fat if necessary.

Warm the Tortillas: While the beef is cooking, warm the flour tortillas in a separate skillet or microwave until pliable. This will make the wrapping process easier.

Assemble the Wraps: Place a tortilla on a flat surface. Spread a generous amount of special sauce over the middle of the tortilla. Add a portion of the cooked beef, followed by shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, and sliced pickles.

Wrap it Up: Fold the sides of the tortilla inwards, then roll it up from the bottom to create a tight wrap. Ensure all fillings are encased.

Grill the Wrap: If desired, place the wraps seam-side down on a grill or skillet over medium heat. Grill until the tortillas are golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.

Serve: Slice the wraps in half and serve with extra special sauce on the side for dipping.
