1 cup crushed pineapple, drained

1 cup coconut cream

1 cup sweetened shredded coconut

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup whipped cream, plus extra for garnish
