Ingredients

12 Hawaiian rolls

1 pound deli ham, thinly sliced

1 pound Swiss cheese, sliced

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon poppy seeds

1 tablespoon brown sugar

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Prepare the Rolls: Without separating the rolls, carefully slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom half in a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.

Layer the Ingredients: Evenly layer the ham slices on the bottom half of the rolls, followed by the Swiss cheese slices. Place the top half of the rolls over the cheese.

Make the Topping Mixture: In a bowl, combine the melted butter, Dijon mustard, poppy seeds, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

Brush the Sauce: Drizzle the butter mixture evenly over the top of the slider rolls, ensuring they are well coated.

Bake: Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden brown.

Serve: Once baked, remove from the oven and let it cool slightly. If desired, garnish with fresh chopped parsley before slicing and serving.
