Ingredients

2 lbs chicken wings

1 cup corn kernels (fresh or canned)

1/4 cup olive oil

3 tablespoons honey

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust for spice preference)

Salt and pepper to taste

2 cups fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Lime wedges (for serving)

Instructions

Marinate the Wings: In a large bowl, combine olive oil, honey, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Whisk until smooth. Add the chicken wings and toss to coat. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.

Prepare the Corn: If using fresh corn, boil in water for about 5 minutes to blanch, then cool slightly and cut the kernels off the cob. If using canned corn, drain well.

Preheat the Grill: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375°F to 400°F).

Grill the Wings: Remove the wings from the marinade and place them on the grill. Cook for about 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are charred and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F).

Grill the Corn: During the last 5-10 minutes of grilling the wings, add the corn kernels to a grill basket or foil pouch, seasoned with a little olive oil, salt, and pepper. Grill until the corn is lightly charred and heated through.

Serve: Once the wings are cooked, transfer them to a serving platter. Top with grilled corn and sprinkle with chopped cilantro. Serve with lime wedges on the side for an extra zest.
