1 lb sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes

1 lb baby potatoes, halved

4 tablespoons unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped (or ½ tsp dried)

1 teaspoon fresh thyme, finely chopped (or ½ tsp dried)

Salt and black pepper, to taste

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Skillet: Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

    Cook the Potatoes:

      - Add the halved baby potatoes to the skillet and season with salt and pepper.

        - Cook for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally until golden and tender. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

          Sear the Steak:

            - In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of olive oil and increase the heat to high.

              - Season the cubed steak with salt and pepper.

                - Add the steak to the skillet and sear for 3-4 minutes or until browned, stirring occasionally.

                  - Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside with the potatoes.

                    Prepare the Garlic Butter:

                      - Lower the heat to medium and add the butter to the skillet.

                        - Once melted, add minced garlic, rosemary, and thyme. Sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

                          Combine Ingredients:

                            - Return the steak and potatoes to the skillet, adding Worcestershire sauce.

                              - Stir well to combine and coat everything in the garlic butter mixture. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.

                                Garnish and Serve:

                                  - Remove from heat, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve immediately.
