Ingredients
  

1 cup iceberg lettuce, chopped

1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped

1/2 cup red cabbage, finely shredded

1 medium cucumber, diced

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped

1/2 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and sliced

1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

1/4 cup roasted red bell peppers, diced

1/2 cup garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained

1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled

1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil

1 clove garlic, minced

Instructions
 

In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped iceberg and romaine lettuces, shredded red cabbage, diced cucumber, halved cherry tomatoes, and finely chopped red onion. Toss gently to mix all the greens and vegetables together.

    Add the sliced Kalamata olives, diced roasted red bell peppers, rinsed garbanzo beans, chopped parsley, and crumbled feta cheese to the bowl.

      In a separate small bowl, whisk together fresh lemon juice, extra-virgin olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until well combined. Adjust salt and pepper to taste.
