Ingredients

2 pounds beef stew meat, cut into 1-inch pieces

1 onion, chopped

3 cloves garlic, minced

4 cups beef broth

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon dried thyme

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

12 ounces egg noodles

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup sour cream

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Prep the Slow Cooker: In your crockpot, add the beef stew meat, chopped onion, and minced garlic.

Seasoning: Pour the beef broth over the meat, then stir in Worcestershire sauce, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine all ingredients.

Cook on Low: Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the meat is tender.

Cook the Noodles: About 30 minutes before serving, add the egg noodles to the crockpot. If the mixture is too thick, you can add a bit more beef broth. Stir and cover the crockpot again to allow the noodles to cook through.

Make it Cheesy: Once the noodles are cooked, stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and well combined, followed by the sour cream for creaminess. Mix until everything is evenly combined and heated through.

Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot. Enjoy your cheesy creation with crusty bread or a side salad!
