2 lbs sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes

4 medium russet potatoes, diced

1 large onion, chopped

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup beef broth

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup sour cream

1/4 cup sliced green onions

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

2 teaspoons smoked paprika

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon dried thyme

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional for heat)

Prepare the Steak: In a large bowl, combine the cubed sirloin steak with smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, thyme, and red pepper flakes. Toss to ensure the beef is evenly coated with the spices.

    Layer Ingredients: In the crockpot, layer the diced potatoes evenly at the bottom. Follow this by adding the chopped onion and minced garlic. Next, add the seasoned steak cubes on top of the potato layer.

      Mix the Sauce: In a separate bowl, whisk together the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce. Pour this mixture evenly over the ingredients in the crockpot.
