Ingredients

1 package (5.2 oz) Boursin cheese (any flavor)

1 cup panko breadcrumbs

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh veggies or crackers for serving

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a small mixing bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs, chopped parsley, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well until the breadcrumbs are evenly coated.

Take the Boursin cheese out of its packaging and place it in the center of the prepared baking sheet.

Gently press the panko mixture onto the top and sides of the Boursin cheese, coating it evenly to create a crunchy crust.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the panko coating is golden brown and crispy.

Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Pair the crispy Boursin with a selection of fresh veggies or your choice of crackers.
