1 pound rotini pasta

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried thyme)

1 cup chicken broth

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Optional: red pepper flakes (for a little heat)

Cook the Pasta: Start by boiling a large pot of salted water. Add the rotini pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
