Ingredients

1 lb (450g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts

8 oz (225g) fettuccine pasta

2 tbsp olive oil

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

½ cup BBQ sauce (your favorite brand)

2 tbsp ranch dressing

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add fettuccine and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Prepare the Chicken: While the pasta cooks, season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked through and no longer pink in the center. Remove from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.

Make the Sauce: In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine. Bring to a gentle simmer.

Combine Ingredients: Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, BBQ sauce, and ranch dressing. Mix well until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth. If the sauce is too thick, add a little pasta water to reach desired consistency.

Combine Pasta and Chicken: Add the cooked fettuccine and sliced chicken to the skillet. Toss to coat everything evenly with the creamy sauce. Taste and adjust seasoning with additional salt and pepper if necessary.

Serve: Garnish with chopped fresh parsley for a pop of color. Serve warm and enjoy!
