8 oz penne pasta

2 cups broccoli florets

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, thinly sliced

2 tbsp olive oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup chicken broth

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tsp Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Add the broccoli florets during the last 3 minutes of cooking. Drain and set aside.

    Sauté the Chicken: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the sliced chicken breast with salt and pepper, and sauté until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
