Ingredients
  

2 cups cooked, shredded chicken

1 ripe avocado, mashed

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup Greek yogurt or mayonnaise

1 tablespoon lime juice

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

4 slices of whole grain or sourdough bread

2 tablespoons olive oil

Optional toppings: sliced tomato, lettuce, cilantro, or jalapeños
