Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup sour cream

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

4 large flour tortillas

2 tablespoons olive oil

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.

Lay a flour tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spoon a generous amount of the cheesy chicken mixture onto the center, making sure not to overfill.

Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top to form a wrap. Repeat with remaining tortillas and mixture.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Once hot, place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side until they are golden brown and crisp.

Remove the wraps from the skillet and let them rest for a minute before slicing them in half.

Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce, such as ranch or hot sauce.
