Ingredients

2 cups shredded cooked chicken (rotisserie chicken works great)

1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup sour cream

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 cup Frank’s RedHot Buffalo Sauce (adjust to heat preference)

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional, adjust based on preference)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Sliced green onions (for garnish)

Tortilla chips, celery sticks, or carrot sticks (for serving)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Stir until the mixture is smooth and well-blended.

Add the shredded chicken, Frank's Buffalo Sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, half of the shredded cheddar cheese, and blue cheese (if using). Mix until all the ingredients are well combined.

Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and spread it evenly.

Top with the remaining shredded cheddar cheese, ensuring it covers the entire dip.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the top is bubbly and lightly golden.

Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with sliced green onions.

Serve warm with tortilla chips, celery sticks, or carrot sticks for dipping.
